Products are sold for consumer use only, and may not be resold for any reason.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order, in particular if there is an ongoing dispute with the customer or an incident which contravenes the provisions of these Terms.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. Products purchased on this website may not be resold for any reason.
Customers agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Customers agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 7 – Payment & Delivery
Clergerie accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa)
All credit and debit card transactions are handled by the payment provider Adyen, an online payment service that encrypts credit card information securely. Adyen is compliant with all applicable PCI/DSS regulations.
Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
The Customer acknowledges that by providing a credit card number, he or she authorizes their account to be debited up to the value of the Products ordered with all taxes included.
The Customer confirms that the credit or debit card that has been used is his or her own, or that express authorization for its use has been given by the owner. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer.
If the card issuer refuses to authorize the payment to Clergerie, the order will be cancelled. Clergerie cannot be held responsible for any fees or penalties that may be imposed by the payment provider as part of the payment made for the order.
By choosing the PayPal option, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal website: once logged in, he or she will have to check the amount displayed before clicking on 'Pay now'. Once the transaction is complete, the customer will be returned to the Clergerie website.
- Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse based in New York. All deliveries are sent using Federal Express, and ship the same or next business day. Clergerie offers the following delivery options
- FedEx Ground: free
- FedEx 2-Day: $20
- FedEx Overnight: $35
The products will be delivered to the address provided when the order was placed. Deliveries cannot be made to military or PO boxes.
When the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be able to track the delivery of the order by means of a link to the carrier.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave, if necessary, a notice advising when and where the package can be collected. You undertake to follow the delivery instructions to ensure the actual delivery of the order.
Receipt of Products
It is your responsibility to check the quantity and condition of the products upon receipt. If the package and/or contents are visibly damaged, or do not correspond to the order, you may refuse to accept the delivery.

The Clergerie customer service team will provide the necessary instructions (you may be asked to send photographs of the visible defects) and will arrange for the defective goods to be returned at Clergerie's expense, using the pre-paid FedEx return label included with your order.
SECTION 8 - Return Policy
Customers have 14 days from receipt to return their order. Clergerie will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving a return, upon successful inspection of products compliance with the return conditions below.
Refunds include amount of products plus any sales tax. Express shipping fees are not credited. Credits will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial order.
The following conditions are mandatory to proceed with client orders returns:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, with original undamaged packaging
- Products must not have been worn
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Complete the Clergerie Return Form included with your order. Indicate the article(s) to return and the return reason
- Securely package the product(s) and the completed Return Form in the original shipping box or a similar one and seal
- Attach the prepaid return label provided in the initial delivery
- Drop off the sealed package to any Federal Express location. Please retain a copy of the tracking number

Your package must be received or in transit back to us within 14 days for your return to be accepted. Clergerie recommends using the prepaid FedEx label provided in order to ensure a fast and trackable method of return, although any trackable shipping method is acceptable. SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools (or Shopify Apps) over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
