SHIPPING TIMES

Clergerie makes its best effort to proceed with all orders upon receipt. Orders are packed and shipped from the warehouse based in Huntington Beach, CA 92649.Delivery time may be subject to variations, upon delivery country and transportation conditions beyond Clergerie’s control.

Orders may be delivered by FedEx, UPS, or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). An order may be shipped with a higher service tier to meet the original delivery expectations at no additional charge.

Orders shipping free to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via standard shipping and delivered by FedEx, UPS or USPS. Orders shipping free to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands will be sent via the USPS. Orders sent to US Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO are not eligible for expedited shipping. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRICING

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, ship only part of an order, divide orders into multiple shipments, or alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. All orders are subject to address verification and credit approval. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation, the order may not be processed.

While we use reasonable efforts to provide accurate prices on our website, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you ordered, we will give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling. If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Title of products you order on this website and risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full.

 

SHIPPING

Please make sure you ship your package to a secure location. If a package has been marked as delivered by our carriers, theft is outside of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for stolen packages. If packages are lost and not scanned as delivered, we can place a claim on your behalf with the carrier. Replacement or refunds will be processed after the carrier has investigated the claim which can take up to 7 days. Damaged and Defective Items: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item for a full refund or replacement depending on inventory, as long as Customer Service is notified within 1-5 days after receiving your order.

 

SALES TAX

Clergerie charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions based on shipping address as required by applicable laws.

  

TRACKING

Your order tracking information is provided in an email with your shipping confirmation. If you have questions or there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging. Contact us immediately by sending an email to customerservice@clergerieparis.com and we will gladly look into the issue.

Items listed as Final Sale are ineligible for return. We reserve the right to designate on the website other non-returnable merchandise

Return Policy

Eligible items purchased from us.clergerieparis.com may be returned for a credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly accept purchased merchandise that is unworn with original price tags attached and in the original packaging (original shipping packaging not required). Merchandise that is worn or damaged may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Items damaged during return shipment due to negligent packing will not be accepted. Refused items are shipped back to the customer at their expense.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The following conditions are mandatory to proceed with client order returns:

  • Our team meticulously examines each returned item. To qualify for acceptance, the product must be returned in the same new and unworn condition as when initially received, complete with all accessories (such as laces and bags) and in its original packaging. Please note that the shoe box should not be used as a shipping container; it must arrive undamaged and clean, ready for resale.
  • Any missing or damaged shoe boxes or accessories (laces, bag, etc.) will be charged $5 and deducted from your total refund amount.
  • The products must have been purchased online at clergerieparis.com and not in-store, boutique or other website.
  • In the event that the customer incurred delivery charges at the time of purchase, these charges will not be refunded if the customer returns part of a Multiple Order. Refunds for delivery costs are only issued if the entire order is returned.
  • Customers are requested to return the items promptly and, under all circumstances, within 30 days of notifying their wish to return a product, by the procedure outlined below. 

Exercise care when trying on footwear to ensure it remains in returnable condition. We advise trying shoes on a clean, preferably carpeted surface to prevent sole damage. Returns of shoes with damaged soles will not be accepted. We hold the authority to reject returns if the product does not meet all required conditions, shows signs of damage, or for reasons of hygiene. Should this occur, the shoes will be sent back and no refund will occur.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Domestic

To initiate a return please email customerservice@clergerieparis.com. Multiple orders can be returned in the same package if returns are initiated for each order and all return packing slips are included. Returns shipped using a standard shipping label will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt. Refunds should appear in your account within 3-7 business days after quality inspections and repackaging. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

International

We are happy to accept returns for merchandise purchased on us.clergerieparis.com that have not been worn, damaged, washed, or altered. All items shipped back must be returned in the original packaging (original shipping carton not required) within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the shipping costs paid at the time of the order will not be refunded. Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and therefore, are non-refundable. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, please contact your local customs office directly with copies of the returns paperwork. Items returned without an authorized return label from Customer Service will not be accepted. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site.

Final Sale

Items listed as Final Sale are ineligible for return. Other specialty sale or clearance items may be ineligible or returnable for store credit only. Store credit can be used for purchases on us.clergerieparis.com and will expire 24 months after the issuing date.
